Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which boasts an absolutely stunning location right by the emerald lake, surrounded by breathtaking mountains. The rooms were comfortable and offered good views. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable. One downside, however, was that the dining options weren't included in the stay, which was a bit of a letdown, especially during breakfast. Overall, the value for money was decent, and I'd happily return.
The hotel is wonderfully situated on a beautiful peninsula right by an emerald lake, which offers breathtaking views. I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, making my stay enjoyable. However, the dining options could use improvement as the breakfast selection felt limited. Overall, I got good value for my money, but be mindful that the Wi-Fi wasn’t included, which was a bit of a letdown.
The hotel boasts a stunning location right by the emerald lake, making it a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and come with a lovely wrap-around balcony, though I found the whirlpool a bit unclean. The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff, but the dining options could use some improvement as not everything was included. Overall, it's a great spot to unwind, but there are a few areas that could be better.
This hotel offers a stunning location right on the shore of Emerald Lake, surrounded by the majestic mountains of the Canadian Rockies. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and included a fireplace that added a cozy touch. The service varied; while the Cuban waiter was exceptionally friendly, other staff could have been more attentive. Dining had some highlights, especially the gourmet options, although breakfast wasn't included. It's a beautiful spot, but be prepared for varying service levels.
My stay at this hotel was overall enjoyable, thanks to its stunning location deep in the Yoho Valley by an emerald lake and the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The rooms were comfortable but could use some upgrades, especially the bathrooms. I also found the dining experience a bit limited in choices, although it was included in our rate. Overall, it was a good value for the breathtaking views and quality service.
This hotel is nestled in a stunning location by a lake, surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of Yoho Valley. The rustic rooms are cozy, complemented by wood-burning fireplaces. While most of the staff were friendly, I did experience one rude encounter that dampened the service experience a bit. Dining was included and featured fresh, gourmet breakfast, but it could have been more diverse. Overall, the ambiance and location were a big plus, but there's room for improvement in service.
My stay was enjoyable overall, with a fantastic location deep in the breathtaking mountains of the Yoho Valley. The views from the balcony were stunning, and the ski equipment hire made my visit convenient. However, the rooms could use some maintenance, as the carpets were ripped, and the service was a bit inconsistent during dinner. The food was tasty but not quite at the high standard I expected for an expensive place.
The hotel has a stunning location overlooking the lake, and the rooms are spacious and equipped with their own fire places. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the Cuban waiter, which enhanced our dining experience. However, the service at the upscale restaurant was disappointing and didn't meet expectations given the price point. Overall, I found it to be a good value for the money spent, even if there were a few hiccups.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel nestled in the mountains, right by the stunning Emerald Lake. The rooms were spacious and included a lovely fireplace, which made for cozy evenings. The staff, especially the friendly Cuban waiter, made the experience even better. However, the dining service could have been improved, as it didn’t quite match the price paid. Overall, it was a memorable stay with amazing views and friendly service.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, nestled in the breathtaking mountains of the Yoho Valley. The staff was incredible, and the views were absolutely stunning, especially from the lakefront. However, it can be a bit away from the more populated areas, so if you're looking for nightlife or dining options outside the hotel, it might not be ideal. Overall, it offers a unique and serene experience with good value for money.
